1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.


2. Global Door-to-Door Shipping Coverage

We provide global door-to-door delivery services, including but not limited to the following regions:

  • Other selected international destinations

Tuandada is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control; however, we are committed to providing delivery assurance as outlined below.


5. Shipping Delay Compensation Guarantee

To ensure a reliable shopping experience, we offer a shipping delay compensation program under the following conditions:

Cross-Border Direct Shipping Orders

  • If your order has not been delivered 15 business days after dispatch, you will receive a USD $1 per day delay compensation

  • Compensation will continue until the package is delivered free of charge, meaning the total compensation may equal the product value

Local Domestic Shipping Orders

  • If your order has not been delivered 10 business days after dispatch, you will begin receiving daily compensation

  • Compensation will continue until you receive the product free of charge

Compensation is provided in accordance with our internal policy and may be issued as refunds, store credits, or other equivalent forms at our discretion.
