Requests without sufficient documentation may not be approved.

Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will no longer be processed, regardless of the reason.

  • Provided as store credit or equivalent compensation, where applicable

Tuandada reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund and return requests in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
